As part of the Taiwan-Japan entrepreneurship exchange, Manabu Community, Fukuoka’s largest overseas startup network, hosted its Demo Day event today, attracting entrepreneurs, startups, and investors from around the globe. Ten Taiwanese startup teams were invited to participate, engaging in in-depth exchanges with innovative representatives from various countries to explore new opportunities in collaboration and technology applications.

Manabu Community has long been dedicated to connecting global entrepreneurs, technical experts, and digital talent, providing comprehensive support for overseas startups establishing a presence in Japan. This event highlighted its unique role as a central platform in the international entrepreneurial ecosystem. The activities included startup support, product showcases, and market expansion programs, offering valuable opportunities for learning and collaboration.

The event began with an opening speech by Pablo Riveros, founder of Manabu Community, who introduced the network’s mission, development history, and achievements in supporting international entrepreneurs. This was followed by a presentation from Lin Bo-heng, Secretary-General of the Asia Pacific Accelerator Network, who shared Taiwan’s startup resources and the services of the National Chiao Tung University Industry Accelerator with global participants.

Taiwanese startup teams not only observed top-tier global innovations, such as Cozyama, an Australian digital nomad rental platform; Handcraft Health, a U.S.-based health tech startup; and Bomgom, a digital application service from Korea, but also engaged in meaningful interactions during the networking session with entrepreneurs and investors from different countries, further exploring opportunities for international collaboration.
